Spanish Courses in Buenos Aires, Bariloche, Mendoza, Ushuaia and Santiago de Chile
All of the following information regarding terms and conditions is the same for all five locations:
Spanish Courses in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Spanish Courses in Bariloche, Patagonia, Argentina.
Spanish Courses in Mendoza, Argentina.
Spanish Courses in Ushuaia, Patagonia, Argentina.
Spanish Courses in Santiago de Chile, Chile.
HOW CAN I BOOK MY SPANISH COURSE ?
You have to complete our online enrollment form our website. Once we receive your enrollment form we will book all your requested services. To confirm all bookings we request a deposit of:
* 25% of the total amount of your program (Spanish course and accommodation)
* enrollment fee of US$ 70
The deposit will be deducted from the total amount of your program. Please ask for payment options. You can pay the remaining amount of your program directly in our school.
For our school in Ushuaia: we request full payment in advance.
PROGRAM CHANGES (change of date or change of type of Spanish program):
We do not charge additional fees for program changes. We request a prior notice of two weeks or more.
CANCELLATION POLICIES:
To cancel your booking of a Spanish course you must send us an email or fax as soon as possible.
Refunds:
.- If you cancel over 60 days before the first day that your course starts you will receive 90% refund of your deposit.
.- If you cancel between 59 & 14 days before the first day that your course starts you will receive 50% refund of your deposit.
.- If you cancel between 13 & 0 days before the first day your course starts, and during your program: no refunds given. You can cancell your services and you can take the remaining services in a different date, without expiration date. This way you always can take the whole program. We request a prior notice of two weeks in advance.
.- All refunds have an administrative charge of 10% on the amount refunded.
Cancellations are valid only when they are made by email to the following address:info@spanish-schools.com.ar, or by letter or fax . In each case, cancellation fees and administrative charges are applicable. ABC Spanish Schools will not review its cancellation policies in any situation, even if cancellations are due to personal emergencies, illnesses, or accidents.
How do we refund?
We will use the same method as you used to pay for your course.
Enrollment fee:
We charge an enrollment fee of US$ 70 in order to provide all these materials and services, and to cover all administrative costs and payment fees (bank charges, credit card fees, etc). This is a one-time enrollment fee (this will not be charged twice), and it is valid for all our schools and countries. This amount can be different than partner schools.
PICK-UP SERVICE
- The flight details (date, time, airport, airline, and flight number) must be confirmed in writing one week before arrival, otherwise ABC Spanish Schools will not guarantee the pick up and there will be no refunds for this service.
- If any changes in regards to the flight details are not duly informed, ABC Spanish Schools will not take responsibility for the proper provision of the pick up service.
PRIVATE APARTMENTS IN BUENOS AIRES:
We only confirm the bookings of private apartments after payment. As soon as we receive your payment we will confirm the booking and any change of date and/or refund are not allowed. No exceptions. There are no refunds for private apartments.
Should there be an unforeseen event in the apartment prior to your arrival that make your stay there impossible, we will change your apartment booking for another apartment with the same characteristics. You will be notified of any changes.
CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR OUR SCHOOL IN USHUAIA (only valid for Ushuaia):
Only for Spanish programs in Ushuaia: as soon as we receive your payment we book your program (Spanish course + accommodation + airport transfer). We pay for all the services.
-- Cancellation of classes in Ushuaia: you can cancel your classes with prior notice of one week or more. You can take the credit for the remaining classes for another month or year.
-- Cancellation of accommodation in Ushuaia: We charge you the same price charged by local bed&breakfast and hostels in Ushuaia so as soon as we receive your payment we pay for the services. There are no refunds of accommodation and dates can not be changed. Please consider that we do not charge any commission in this service so this is a policy from the local bed&breakfast and hostels of Ushuaia.
